Our training aims to provide an introduction to setting up a bank account in XERO and how connect it with the Bank. We will show you how these connections occur, the process to do so and how to rectify any errors.

3. DAILY TAKINGS, THE SIMPLE ND DETAILED WAY
This training aims to give Business Owners a simple way in which you use XERO to record your daily takings. Other methods will include a full reconciliation of your cash register at the end of each day including cash and EFTPOS deposits and cash expenses which you choose to pay from your cash register.

4. GETTING STARTED ON TRACKED INVENTORY
Tracked Inventory provides enhanced inventory functionality that provides simple, up to date inventory management, including the ability to easily track the quantity and value of products you buy and sell.

This training takes a deep dive into the Batch Payment functionality in XERO. We’ll explore scheduling bills for payment, recording batch payments and completing the reconciliation of batch payments.

6. REPORTING IN XERO
We give business owners guidance on how to get the most out of the reports available from within their XERO organisations. It will cover performance, position, cash, detail, tax and payroll reports. By the end, you will be able to plan income and expenditure for an organisation using Budgeting and analyse financial information using Reports in XERO.

7. GETTING STARTED WITH PAYROLL
We provide an overview of the payroll functionality including setting up and using this feature to manage payroll in your business. You’ll learn about payroll settings, adding employees and finally posting a pay run.
